This Oil Stops 90% of Brain Inflammation

The benefits of fish oil go way beyond joint and heart health… Recent research shows it may protect your brain from alcohol damage and helps prevent dementia.

Most people don’t realize that alcohol abuse is a major risk factor in developing dementia. Even though it makes perfect sense. It causes inflammation that damages—even kills—brain cells.

But now a recent study reveals there’s a simple natural solution for preventing brain inflammation and cell death from alcohol. And you don’t have to be an alcoholic—or even a drinker—to benefit from it.

Researchers at Loyola University Chicago—with help from the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA)—exposed cell cultures to alcohol. And not small amounts, either. These cells got the equivalent of four times the legal driving limit for four straight days. This is the amount of alcohol you’d find in most chronic alcoholics.

They found the alcohol caused the sort of damage you’d imagine…but with a very important exception. There was up to 90% less inflammation and death in brain cells exposed to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).1

Health Watch readers already know that omega-3 fatty acids like DHA can increase cognitive function. They may also help you prevent Alzheimer’s disease. But these results even had us surprised…

According to study author Michael A. Collins, PhD., “Fish oil has the potential of helping preserve brain integrity in chronic alcohol abusers.” But he adds a word of caution… He also says, “We don’t want people to think it is ok to take a few fish oil capsules and then continue to go on abusing alcohol.”2

It’s sound advice. Research suggests even moderate amounts of alcohol increase dementia risk over time.3 Yet other studies find that up to two drinks a day may actually reduce your odds of facing cognitive decline.4

Your best bet is to enjoy alcohol in moderation. Like a glass or two of red wine with dinner. Consider the antioxidant content just an extra perk. But what’s on your plate may be an even bigger help…

Eating oily cold-water fish—like wild-caught salmon—is a great way to get more omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. It’s also a good source of the protein your brain needs to function at its best. Grass-fed beef is another quality source of DHA. But you might not eat these foods every day.

That’s why we recommend you add a natural fish oil supplement. It’ll help take your healthy fats a step further. Skip the ones at the drug store. Find one at your local health store or online that is free of mercury and other toxins. But that’s not the only way to naturally boost your brain health…

The decades’ worth of research on one natural herb is impressive to say the least… And Big Pharma knows it: they’re trying to turn this extract into a drug.

And when they do, they’ll try to sell it to you for hundreds of dollars…and who knows what kind of side effects it might come with.

You can get the safe, natural version now, for just pennies a day.

Go here to see how to get all the details on this memory miracle in your hands today.
